I'm buying a new BFG 6800OC or GT OC in a day or two. I'm thinking about buying one that has been used since they have a lifetime warranty.

If one has been overclocked (one time for testing) does that in any way void the warranty?
What should I watch for in used cards to make sure they still have their warranty on them?
