Going to upgrade from Ti4200. Which of these cards is best. Do both have 2.2 mem?
Newegg has EVGA so I would like to go with that one. What do you recommend.

EVGA sells what are essentially Nvidia reference cards. BFG is a fine company.

We all here in the video forum could use a refresher course in how to use the search button :)

Yeah, but eVGA puts some crazy nice cooling on their stuff. Some of the best overclockers I've seen....along with Gainward and the techs (Leadtek, Chaintech, etc.)

Last time I checked, eVGA was using ACS.... although that may have changed with the FX line. I'm not sure.

Your right, they do. I own one. Nvidia reference cooler. The same one used on the eVGA 5900Ultra.

EVGA uses no crazy coolers on this card--all nvidia reference. It's still a fine card though. I'd get the cheaper of the two.

The eVGA 5900 is completely reference, and the BFG has a custom all-copper (very quiet I might add) dual fan heatsink. Both ARE dual-slot though.
