"Graphics cards being returned for exchange in the BFG Trade Up Program must be returned in clean, ?like new?, fully working condition, with all packaging, CDs, manuals, and accessories with a copy of the original receipt or invoice from the authorized seller. Any third party games or software originally included in the box are not required to be returned."

Doesn't say anything about installing and then removing aftermarket cooling solutions. Besides that it looks pretty simple and clear cut.
