Shin Etsu MicroSi goes on the GPUs and Laird thermal pads on the memory, etc. Shin Etsu stuff is not "regular thermal grease."
 
Wow...it's even more overpriced than I thought it'd be. Talk about sticker shock.

At that price, you can buy a standard GTX295 plus an entire watercooling loop with money to spare. Obviously, if you have a loop already, it's even cheaper to just get a GTX295 plus a full coverage waterblock for $140.

This would be an interesting option if it were a relatively affordable alternative to a full-blown watercooling solution, like that Corsair H50 thing. As it is, it's actually more expensive. I suppose the selling point here is that your warranty is still intact, and possibly some binning.
