They should have hired happy_medium for marketing purposes...might have sold more cards. :p

:DHis inner Rollo is starting to shine a bit bright:D

I suppose this shows the danger of just making one 'colour' of card. They did well out of the G80/G92 but I guess things are a bit tighter at the mo.

Also, sorry about the job Zap. :(

What happened to zap? he lost his job? is this related to BFG?
Zap is from BFG, evidently from the division that BFG just shut down, at least as is reasonable to infer from his post about having so much more free time suddenly.

ah, harsh. I figured "the company didn't shut down, so everyone is still fine"... It didn't occur to me they would actually fire everyone from that department instead of having them do other things.

Sorry to hear it Zap.

Wow. I this really stinks, I have had several BFG cards, and my dad even has a 285 from them. I will miss there great cards.

And GL to zap, getting laid off always sucks, especially when you are working for a great company that must be awesome to work for, like BFG. I am sure you would do great at EVGA btw. I am sure there are hundreds if not thousands of forum posters that could be used as references :D

On a side note, here is to there luck in the PSU market. They made some pretty good midrange PSU's, MB they will expand there and make some kickass PSU's, and one will be my next one!
yea we wouldnt want to send jonnyguru packing as well. GL with that new job Zap, as shmee said you should apply at evga :awe:

Thanks for the support, guys! I never knew Video Cards and Graphics could be such a warm and caring place. ^_^

I'm not sure EVGA is hiring at this time, but I'm already looking into something...
