BFG GeForce 7300 GT / 512MB DDR2 / AGP 8x Video Card Question

This card uses a +12V PSU connector. I have a Coolmax CA-Series 450 watts PSU. The +12V1 and +12V2 max. is 360 watts (the +3.3V and +5V max. is 250 watts). Is there enough power to run this card optimally?
