It is the MSRP

No it will become the price of a 6800GT plus a 550W Power Supply P/S

Where do you guys get this info?

I actually purchased and RECEIVED a BFG 6800GT PCI-E from Chumbo.com for $399 and there was no bundled PSU.

Must have been. BFG can't even provide enough stock to meet the orders they have. Why would they throw a PSU in for essentially nothing?

BFG does include a 550 watt PSU with the 6800 Ultra with Waterblock, Ultra, and GT ($649, $549, $449). All of which are at chumbo and all of the cards are AGP

BFG's site doesn't show any information regarding a PSU with the PCI Express model
