I'm guessing *no*, but you will find better advice on watercooling in the Cases & Cooling forum.

That's awfully expensive for a 640 MB GTS. If you think about it, you are paying a $175 premium for a water block that can't possibly be that expensive. Maybe you should do a search for that card and see if you can find a good block for much less.

And like I said, the people in the other forum will likely be able to help you with that, too.

I could buy two regular cards for $65 more, but I still wouldn't be able to use either of them. Did I forget to mention that it has to have a single slot cooler?

My motherboard has one PCIe x16 slot and one PCI slot. I have a TV Tuner card in the PCI slot. If I got a video card with a giant dual slot heatsink / cooler, it would block that PCI slot.

Not everyone wants to own a gigantic tower.
