Does anyone know if the typical Best Buy 10% off coupons work for this card? Video cards are not listed on inclusions nor the exclusions.

Here's a link to some of the recent ones.

Ya probably a YMMV situation. Pretty sure the coupons used to explicitly say you could use the coupons on video/sound add-in cards.

Just stopped by my local BB to pick up COD4 and they did have at least 3 in-stock on the shelves. Sticker was mislabeled as an 8000GT for $279.99. Box is very compact and nondescript looking....looks just like their standard fare 8500/8600 packaging so look closely.

I went to the local BB last night and used a printed out 10% off coupon. Worked no problem for me. $270 out the door including tax.

I used my 12% coupon last night on the card I purchased on Sunday. New price, $246.40. 😀

Note that this card can be returned until January 31st, 2008 under their gift policy. I'm not sure if the price guarantee extends to this as well, but if they balk you can just return it and buy a new card off the shelf at the lower price.

Same here. I bought mine today at lunch for $269.99 total after coupon.

I asked them when I bought mine, and they said just bring in the reciept and I could get a price adjustment with no problem up until Jan. 31st.

I got the last one from Burbank, IL store today. Look the card, but might return it depend on when my neixus order would be shipped for 255.

There were 3 on the shelf in panama city FL when I checked there today. I'm not in the market right now, so I didn't get one.

BTW, they were OCs and they were 279.

I just picked up the last one in the Yonkers, NY store. 10% coupon worked with no issues 🙂

Upgrading from a 7900GT, so this should be sweet.

Yea, I may "step-up" to a G92 GTS if the card is a great performer and it isn't too expensive, 8800GT is great but I need all I can get for 1920x1200 gaming.

I can't believe I bit on this so soon, I was planning to wait for prices to drop. Anyway, I went to BB on my lunch break today to pick up NFS pro street and while the kid was looking in their computer system for NFSPS I asked him to look up when they would be getting more 8800 GT cards in-stock, since they were listed as unavailable on the web and not on the store shelves. He found one in the system, went into the back and brought it out for me. Maybe one of the employees was saving it for themselves. Anyway, I felt sort of lucky, even though I wasn't planning to by the card today just NFS, so I picked it up. I used the printed 10% off coupon and I felt a little better paying $250 before tax than the $279 sticker.

Price guarantee is only good for 'advertised' prices so you may be best off doing the above and flat out return the card for the $ and buy a cheaper one.

just bought mine from BB today BFG OC version. (625mhz). normal price came out to $303 after tax. Brooklyn Best Buy. didn't have the coupon with me so i'm hoping to go return it and buy it again with the coupon on the 16th. does anyone know if theres a coupon that works for today or tomorrow? (14th or 15th)
