Just put together my new rig and it runs beautifully, except at 3d gaming where I'm getting (not terrible) but surprisingly low framerates given my card (for one example, 3dmark 2005 score of 3867). I read in an earlier post here that this is caused by a driver bug in the 97.02 nvidia drivers causing the 8800 cards to not run at full speed in games. I'm suspecting that's the case with my card, because even when running a full 3d application, the card only heats up by 5-6 degrees according to NV Monitor, which seems like it's not pulling its full weight. So to test this, I want to go back to the drivers that came packaged with my card- but the problem is, during the assembly of said rig, my chair inadvertently crushed the CD! Does anyone who has this card mind emailing me the drivers for it so I can try to isolate this problem? Address is jaypotter@gmail.com
