Just went and got one from CompUsa @ $279.99 and a mail in rebate for $30 which I'll mail off tomorrow... and also the CompUsa $209 e6400 boxed ... with no rebates ... it's perfect for my needs.

I'm adding a Gig 2X512 of PNY Verto PC6400 4-3-3-8 and an X1900GT.

Will my Antec 350W power supply suffice for now?

Is E6400 $209 @CompUSA? :Q
350W would be OK for your rig at stock but it might limit your OC'ing. It depends on the PSU quality so you'll have to try it out yourself.
