BFG 6800 noisy?

how loud, really, is the 6800OC with the newer 2 fan heatsink? is it like unbearable? do I really need an arctic scilencer?

Once throttled down when windows boots, it's not that loud at idle. Definitely louder than my 9700 w/ Artic cooler, but not by much when idle. When under load, it sounds like a vacuum though!

I have it and I dont notice it at all when playing games.
