I am upgrading to this card, I understand its being sold out of the box overclocked? I am just curious if I need to do any OCing myself, I just want it to run at the settings it was intended at and keep the lifetime warranty.

It comes clocked at 370\1000 (stock is 350\1000) out of the box, not manual overclocking needed.
