Rebates are always a hassle, but in the end it seems like a pretty decent deal. But based on the 7600gt thread it looks like it may be a 3 month or so wait, with a lot of possible illegit denials, so proceed with caution.
Newegg says OEM, looks like whitebox with at least a DVI-VGA adapter.
Shipping is no longer free ($5.64) but maybe the PayPal promo still works.
