The one I have looks the same, bought back in Sept here at the AT FS/FT forum.

Looks the same. I just remember the heatsink and the PCB color and that it took 2 slots, don't even know if it says BFG on the plates. I was too excited to try it out.

Mine looked exactly like the Nvidia Ref. design, dust buster, ebayed it, got the fx5950... It seems as people who got a fx5900 right away (BFG) got the ref., others got the updated fan(s).

They probably used reference cards for the launch until their custom heatsink was made in enough quantity.

thanx for the responses all, my bro is overally concerned with asthetics (even though the card is face down) and i wanted to make sure it was this before i ordered

make sure you get the 256bit one. i just realized that i got the 128bit card...so i'll be making a trip to fry's tomorrow.

hopefully they'll have COD included so i dont need to call.

If you don't get COD just email BFG's marketing dept., just received my copy from them.

you're right...i thought i had the 128bit one because my benchmarks were unusually low. issue has resolved thanks to some helpful tips
