I read that BF4 runs better with faster memory and I was wondering if the memory selection with the motherboard below will be a simply plug and play?

My motherboard. The heading in here says that the memory must be OC? Does that mean that I have to tinker with the settings to get my memory up that high or will the memory i list above run at 2400mhz just by plugging it in?
Edit: One more question! Will i see frame rate increases with faster ram? I believe my current ram is 1333mhz.
