Don't fall for it dude!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently having fun, in one's own sense of fun, is NOT fun.

LET'S ALL PLAY WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HEAR, HEAR!!!... right click once, watch tv for 48 minutes... then come back to computer and right click again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WAY better than an FPS.

/sarcasm.

You bought the game despite the fact that it has spyware? GFU.

holy sh!t! Goku said something intelligent for once! i mean, he's still bitching about something, but at least its something everyone else agrees with.

seriously, nobody has a gaming image OS they switch to for that reason?

I started doing that since Steam came out.

No. The only time I'd consider doing that is for legacy applications that don't run on XP, believe it or not, there are quite a few. I tried doing the separate Admin account/User account thing for a while but it became to cumbersome and I eventually used the admin account all the way through..

Well, that's your problem, bro.

Learn to defend yourself. I have a redundant security system for my connection to the internet. All my data goes through a "firewall" (I know, some fancy techno term)... which then goes through my web server (has all the fixings to keep attacks out).... THEN it gets to my user end computer. Atop all that, I still use OS switching.

You can cry and whine and b!tch (mostly what you do) about how computers and the internet are.... or you can be a man and protect your ****** (ie. personal info, porn stash, etc).

I like BF2142 and plan to play it like I play the spyware rideen CS:S (steam). I like bf2142 enough to work through the bugs and give positive feedback to the devs that try so hard to make it succeed (like any other major app, game). If they put effort into fixing the quirks, then I will be a loyal patron to the BF2142 cause.

I'm tired of internet hippies shooting down any game just because they are too much of a bunch of panzies to protect themselves from the dirty parts of a company (which every company has, ie. marketing) to enjoy the fruits and labor of the people who matter and make the games (ie. devs, CS).

GG, Goku... you have shown me what is like to be in your shoes... the shoes of an internet hippie. Go make a modern FPS shooter better than what's out now. Go tackle the problems they have to encounter with funding, tech limits, marketing, "the bottom line".... and then ask me to play your game.

I doubt it would be 1/50 the quality of anything you talk ****** about. Especially when you are too lazy to OS switch.

Fricken internet hippies.
