Bf2142 low fps

I have everything at max, 1280x980 or something like that. All aa and settings max. I have a amd3200+ 2gb ram, x1900xt. I get around 20-40fps on ground. Well when Iam in the titan its around 15fps

Driver Cleaner Pro, install newest drivers, reinstall game, and report back.

Well I just reformated yesterday and still its around teh same as i said.

Are your mobo chipset drivers installed? What about the temps on the video card?

try installing the newest directx9c driver....
