Seeing this really made me mad. I don't want to be told how to run my OS or UEFI settings. I am really unhappy with EA and I have requested a refund through steam. Sad, as the game was actually alright before. I did enjoy it at times. Anyway, I would encourage yall to review bomb them. I left a negative but fair review.

I take it it's for anti-cheat. I always felt that was a losing battle. They would be better off looking for anomalous data on the servers to flag accounts.

Sigh. After not playing in forever I finally updated the game last week. I only play solo so this is extra annoying. These companies sure are making it easy to boycott them as they keep taking and taking.

Steam reviews aren't kind about the new requirement. Amazing that EA feels their anti-cheat is so bad they need secure boot too.
