BF2 Tweaking!

My system is as follows:

AMD socket 754 3200+ 1mb cache 64bit
DFI Ut250gb Lanparty mobo
2 gigs of gskill ddr 400
EVGA 7800gs 256mb Recertified from newegg
Audigy2
300gig SATA 7200rpm 10mb cache Maxtor
21'' sony trinitron monitor



Now, right now I'm running 1600x1200 at medium settings with no AA. The game is playable with small jitters here and there.

What kind of settings should I be able to expect/achieve with this setup on BF2?

Also, can I do a benchmark in BF2 somehow to test if my performance is about on par with others?

And finally - are there any tweaks I should put in and know about that'll help me out?

I think there is this FRAPS demo at Guru3D that you can download and check your framerate.

44 as an average fps in 1280x1024 @ medium detail with no AA is normal for me? Seems a bit low.. anyone else have results to post?
