BF2+SPECIAL FORCES

I haven't bought BF2 yet as I'am waiting for Special Forces to come out. EA will probably combine the two and sell them for say 49.95?

I will buy them both at that price. Tell me are you people that paid for BF2 mad at EA for possibly charging 20.00 to 30.00 just for Special Forces? This does not sound like a very nice thing to do to it's customers. Muhahahah!!!

$30 is sadly the normal price for an expansion for ANY game, some are only $20.

BF2 is currently $49 unless you can find it on sale. In two weeks when the expansion pack comes out, the price of BF2 will still be $49. My guess is a combined version will be around $69

There has never been a combo package for even near that much. If they release a combo, the main game will go down in price and the combo won't be higher than $50. I doubt we'll see a combo within 3 months.

I'll pick it up, I hate EA but, it's worth it.....

$25 bucks seems like the sweet spot for expansions, IMHO... Although less is better...

no bugs?? you're kidding me??

sometimes i get TK'd because the guy has a blue tag but he's dressed as the enemy, and other times i TK because the guy has a red tag but he's on my team.

the server search is by far from bug free. when i check some of the criteria it returns nothing. sometimes i have to update twice for it to give the actual result.

they need to amend the damn TK system, team mates running into my tank is their fault not mine.

Zatar Wetland's spawn map is a POS, you have to click 15 times before it actually lets you pick a spot to spawn.

the list goes on, point is that the game is buggy, i'm sorry you're the last to realize that moron.

What did I do? I bought a cd-key on ebay for ~$20 IIRC and downloaded and installed BF2 from another source. I'll probably be able to do the same thing without a problem whatsoever for Special Forces. I will still have spent less than one game from a store.

Valve got the idea partially right, but they decided to take advantage of their customers rather than offer it cheaper due to direct payment.

Game Devs first worry about money and then everything else.

There is no way to fix teammates running into your tank, the TK system cannot tell who's fault it was, just who died from it.

I'm not the moron here. That little friendly-but-not bug is rare and a non-issue, I've only seen it happen twice ever and I pre-orderd the damn game. Zatar Wetlands works perfect for me, PEBKAC for you. I've seen no other bugs that kept me from playing the game. The only thing I didn't like was requirements for the rewards/ranks, but they somewhat fixed that in a patch so I'm cool now. TBH, I was pleasantly surprised by the few amount of bugs.
