BF2 resolution

So I see that the maximum resolution supported in BF2 is 1280 X 1024 or w/e. I have a dell 2007wfp and want to play the game in 1680 x 1050 mode. Anyone know how to enable it?
 
Right click your BF2 shortcut > properties and paste +szx 1680 +szy 1050 to the end of the target field. The game menu will still show the other res but it will now display in the one your are forcing.
