BF2 LAN problems..

I've been playing BF2 for awhile. I've never had a problem with it before. Tonight me and some friends are having a LAN and its just not letting me play. It will let me play for about 2 mins and then it kicks me. Connection lost to server. Anyone know why this is happening? No one else is having my problem and we can't figure it out.

I have BF2 fully patched, no viruses, and I'm just confused...

Any suggestions or ideas?

most likely not a problem w/ the game, but w/ your network settings?

firewall off? open up ports in your router?

No firewall. router should be fine. What does it need to be set to?

I know there is a connection option under the game options page. You can choose cable for internet play or LAN/T1 for LAN play. About all I can think of off hand that might be a configuration issue, unless you are using a wireless connection.
