BF2 demo = a lot of problems for me :(

I don't know why, but I stall on every single server load screen and the game disconnects me and the screen skips repeatedly to the point where I have to CRTL ALT DEL to close the program. Single player works fine, but multiplayer gives me a lot of problems, I have no idea what could be causing this, any ideas? I haven't gotten into a single multiplayer game yet

yes, but I think this has something to do with my network, it only connects me 1/4 of the time, and when it does, it always boots me when I enter a game, or attempt to. I'm very frustrated needless to say. Only game thus far that has given me any connectivity problems. My software and hardware firewall are enabled.

edit: ok im about to pull my own hair out now, it gives me the message "error reading from server" anytime I try to refresh, scroll down the server list, or even sneeze... I then return to desktop to find that my "network cable is unplugged" it is of course not, and then I reiapr connection, wait about 30 seconds, and I can connect again. I have no idea what is going on here.

Weird... have you updated your network cards driver lately? If you haven't, maybe you should, if you have, maybe you should roll-back.

even wierder, it works now for some reason, I did nothing different, i'll see if the problem is still there in the morning, is t possible that something was configured for me by the game? or mabye my network did the work for me?

The demo sux ass for me too. I hope the real game doesn't lag as much and that the servers on the demo just suck. If theres that much lag on that big of a game, it won't last long.
