BF1942 Lan play

Can me a my bro play over a Lan with one copy of BF1942 as long as its local or would 2 need to be bought? We wouldnt be playing much maybe once a week if that. I'd really hate to buy another one since we wouldnt be playing much.

says that "Battlefield 1942 can be played on two systems using the same CD key only on a LAN game. If you would like to run multiple connections of Battlefield 1942 on the Internet you will need to purchase a copy for each system and use the supplied CD key that comes with each copy."

how do you add bots to a Lan game?

when you start the multiplayer game, make sure to select the mode as coop. that mode is bots+humans. conquest is humans only. set the player limit to however many bots you want.
