This guy was clearing bodies from rubble. He literally grabbed a child's corpse by the leg and tossed it behind him like a rag doll. The image was snapped with the corpse in mid flight, about chest height, right behind the guy, floating over what looked like a pile of more bodies.

That's not the image the OP of this thread posted. The image was that one with an extremely distasteful caption embedded. The image you're referring to is still in that thread, but has been put behind a link with a warning instead of embedded.
