It's very possible.

Extremely, extremely hard, all odds are against an individual ever getting food in there, but the odds aren't as bad that you might get liquid in the wrong tube. Either way, it can be done. Not likely at all, but possible.

It's merely a little flap of tissue and a little ring inside your throat that separates your lungs from the stuff you swallow.
