This is something akin to the Seinfeld episode where Jerry paid at a restaurant or store with a check (with clown design) that bounced, and the owner taped Jerry's bounced clown check to the cash register to show everyone that he'd bounced a check.

I get pretty pissed off when selling cheap stuff...it feels silly working 2 weeks to get 20 bucks...

I'd considered creating a searchable database of FS/FT trolls (even registered a website) but I decided to cancel the project because I was afraid that I would get sued.

Chase their ass down with notice of hiring a collection agency. Has worked for me everytime. They'd rather pay out $25 or so than have their credit history ruined.

Jerboy,

Collection agencies require a signed contract. Since you are a juvenile, that's not much of a threat.

Don't see why they'd bid either...

I did some research into the story you posted and found out you do have to sign a contract. If you click on the link and go about 3/4 of the way down the page to where it says (IMPORTANT NEW CLIENTS!) you will see the contract that they want you to sign. :)

Damn I must have been spaced out when I typed that.. I didn't sleep nuff.. Anyways
Well I figured he was talking about the original contract and since I wasn't in too good of a mood, I wasn't too polite

Anyways, you have to be 18 to use eBay so every eBayer can use them.
I use eBay, but I have either of my parents do the actual operation. I don't have the password to it.

It doesn't bother people much when they already have crappy credit. It's not like you are likely to be the first person to go after them. Those are the people who do this type of crap, people without credit I mean.
