Google is pretty useless for hard to understand lyrics, unless the band has released them in one form or another.
70% of the sites are the same copies of the wrong lyrics that sorta sound right. 10% are copies of the same wrong lyrics that sound less right and the other 20% are copies of the lyrics where in reference to the line in question would be "pretty pudding".

and yes , its gimme gimme, i heard it on the radio a few hundred million times where i work(ed).

While I do agree the song sucks, it is far from the worst song on the radio.
 
I hate that song. Maybe it would make sense if it was on thier first album, but established rock stars can live in Beverly Hills if they want. WTF is he complaining about?
