Between these which one would you advise?

I'm still undecided on wether to get an i5 2500k or an i5 3570k, I'll be using an h100 cooler so I don't know if the extra 30€ for the IB are worth it, but my doubt now is on which mother board to get, I'm only looking at z77s atm but if you think that z68 is better let me know. These are the ones I can afford:

ASRock Z77 Pro4

Gigabyte Z77 D3H or DS3H

MSI Z77A-G43

Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3

I'll be looking to overclock a little for fun, nothing serious.

Gigabyte D3H. I like the Asrock, but the gigabyte board is more solid (the ASrock flexes a bit, literally).

If you get a 2500 or 3570 it doesn't matter, I'd still do Z77.

gigabyte without question.
their higher end boards have a "U" in the name for ultra-durable.
Even their budget/mainstream boards still have full featured bios and good quality however. The only difference mainly being more copper in the pcb.

What about between these:

Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

Asrock Z77 Extreme 4

Asus P8ZX77-v LE or LX

Would it mean any significant step up from the other ones?

Sorry but going with the last 3 would already be breaking my budget, anything over, anything over 140€ is out of the question, but I'm leaning towards the extreme 4.

This review here pretty much sums it up

Just one more thing, I'm moving from an X58 board will my ram have issues?

GSKILL PC3-12800 1600MHZ 6GB NQ CL9 (3x2GB)

It's supposed to be triple channel but If I use all the 3 sticks will it still work on the dual channel architecture?
