Actually the EMU fat is rendered down into the oil. Brother had 40 emu's. It smells just like chiken fat and it probably does about as much good. The fat from 20 emus sold for over $10 000. so somebody must be buying the crap

On a side note Emus are strange animals...they won't back up. Very odd and curious animals.
