Better than 1366 x 768 resolution for under $300?

for travel, I have a 11.6" netbook. I just do web browsing, Office (word/excel), and movies.
I'm dying with the 768 vertical. constant scroll down.. ugg.

at home, I have a 27" monitor that does 2560 x 1440. it's in portrait mode so 2560 vertical!

so any small laptops with better than 1366 x 768 resolution under $300?

if not, alternatives?

HP Omni 10, Nokia Lumia 2520(has RT), Surface 2(has Windows RT, so no classic Windows apps, but it has a full version of Office), or Dell Venue 11(comes both in 768p and 1080p). It'll break your budget, but going under $300, you'll liekly find nothing. Maaaybe a refurb, but I doubt it.
