Better pizza buffet?

Wow..I haven't eat'n at a Mazzio's or Pizza Inn since I lived in Oklahoma. People still go to those places? I preferred Mazzio's back in the day because of the good cheese they had, but that was 15 years ago.

Well I dunno, I mean the pop tarts that have frosting taste better than the ones that are 100% crust on the top. Still crap, but "better" crap. I guess. yeah...

CiCi's is pretty meh. I haven't had the others. We have a Valentino's and Godfather's here that have pretty good buffets.

Godfathers.

Aw, man... we used to have one in Anchorage but then one day some douchebags robbed it after closing and shot and killed the closing crew. It didn't reopen.

They did have good pizza though, buffet-wise anyway.

We used to have a Pizza Inn up here in Wenatchee, WA. It was considered the best place around and was running Abby's (which is a chain out of Oregon I believe) nearly out of business. The owner sold the franchise and it became "Pizza N More" and was locally owned (but stil had the same pizza) but he ran it into the ground by focusing on a bigger buffet (tacos, pastas, breakfast, etc) and hardly having any pizza. They went out of business.

If you have an Abby's pizza, they sometimes do a lunch buffet which is pretty good. They have good pizza, but they charge an arm and a leg for it. Around 20 dollars for a giant pepperoni (and that giant is only 15 or 16", barely bigger than a large) and they don't give you the second one at a reduced rate (usually 8-10 dollars).

Wow I forgot about Shakeys! The only place I ever plopped $23 in quarters into a GOlden Axe arcade machine in one session... I was determined to beat it and that's how much $$$ it took at my feeble skill level. MMm.... mojos...
