Better performance gains. Help with an OC

Where would I stand to get better performance gains? Changing the timings on my RAM or OCing my CPU?

I have an A64 X2 4400+ at stock. My RAM is currently set at 2-3-2-6 T1 @221MHz.
 
Apps like Nero 7 Ultra Edition, Adobe Photoshop. Things that I use for mutil-tasking. Also gameplay once in a while.

GPU is eVGA 7900GT CO Superclocked; 1x 74Gb Raptor, 1x 320Gb WD Caviar SE16; Asus A8N32-SLI and 2x 1Gb 3500LLPRO.
 
I have OC'ed my CPU by 5% to 2.31 and my RAM is now at 231MHz. RAM timings are still the same. If I OC any higher, do I need to loosen my RAM timings or will this cause a bottleneck?

I'm a newbie overclocker so any help is appreciated.
