Hi all...I'm trying to get the most out of my i7 920 D0. I have it in a ex58-ud3r board with ocz ram at 1333mhz. I've looked at some guides online and have it at 3.6ghz which is almost a full ghz faster, but I'd like to see if I can get higher. My issues right now are that I'm worried about my temps getting too high if I increase the speed any more at the current voltage. I'd like to reduce my voltage I think.

Here are my current settings along with settings I'm curious about:

CPU clock ratio 21x
Qpi clock ratio - auto (???)
Uncore clock ratio - auto (???)
Bclk freq 171
Performance enhance (standard)
System memory multiplier 6 (brings my memory speed to 1026 but if I set it to 8, it will be more than 1333)
Load line calibration enabled (???)
CPU vcore (1.206)
Dram voltage (1.64)

All other voltages are auto

If you are on an aftermarket cooler already you might want to try n lap it first. I seen an 8* drop on all cores after I used some 200 grit on my TRUE 120 (Black) .. there is no need for polishing unless you like the look.

I7-930 wc
21 x 204 = maxed at 1.38v
21 x 200 = 4200Mhz Vcore – 1.3125v
VTT – 1.28v-1.35vat times
Pll – 1.88-190v
LLC - maxed
Vdimm – 1.48 @ 7-7-7

ich auto
ioh csi 1.34v
C1 enabled
speedsteep off
C stat off
Two fans to cool the PWMs + fan on nb.
Turbo mode off or it goes to 23x on 930 had one core at 4600Mhz running Super Pi a few times
Fixed multiplier at 21x
