Bose QuietComfort 2 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® Headphone

Sennheiser PXC 250 - portable, foldable noise-cancelling headphones

I already have these:
Sony MDR-NC11 Noise Canceling Headphones

and I want to get some over the ear ones...

Price is no object...

which one should I get? and why?
