Looking at 17.3" laptop. Using on the road. Very little gaming but would stream tv/movies. No graphics intensive apps

1920x1080, i5 3230M 2.6 Ghz 3.2 boost 3mb cache, integrated graphics intel HD 4000 shared mem, 6GB main memory ($130 more)

vs

1600x900, i5 2450M 2.5 Ghz 3.1 boost 3mb cache, Nvidia GT 610M 1GB graphics, 4GB main memory

If you aren't gaming, and mostly using it for movies and whatnot, then the intel 4000 is fine. Plus, the rest of those system specs are better anyway.

Nvidia GT610M isnt even that great anyway lol. Believe it or not but the intel actually has more raw power than that stripped down nvidia chip. (They are really milking it with the 610, idk why they even released it.) At any rate, I would take the 1080p panel over any of those other features.
