Better keyboard / mouse for Wrist Pains

Hi, this past week my right wrist has been hurting a ton and it doesnt seem to go away. Do you think this might have something to do with being on the computer a ton? Ive seen those vertical mice and if this pain is caused by computing, would those help at all? thanks

The Microsoft Natural 4000 is awesome for a keyboard choice. I guess mice haven't ever caused me a problem, just keyboard so that is why I tried out a natural.

The Evoluent vertical mouse is rather excellent, and takes not much of getting used to.

As for keyboards - not like we haven't had that question before - the most affordable one of the REALLY ergonomic ones is Datadesk's SmartBoard.
Microsoft's and all others lack two things: Properly hand-oriented key layout, and mechanical key switches. Silicone rubber mat and slanted rows of keys just doesn't cut it when you REALLY type lots.

Most simple solution is not to use the computer so much. If you MUST use the computer alot (job, WoW addiction), I've heard the Evoluent is good.
