It doesn't seem like you guys carry ink for the Epson Stylus Color 880 or Canon MP390.

Hello Zepper,
Exactly. If Epson or Canon use pigment in a particular cartridge, we will always use pigment. However, if a particular OEM cartridge is dye, ours will be too. We always match the OEM-specifications.
Hope that clears things up.

I asked the guy from Swift if the ink for the R200 was dye or pigment in that other thread and he never replied. Can you tell from the product which it is?
Hello, I did reply. Here is a copy-and-paste of my reply from the other thread:
"While G&G uses dye-based ink in some of their cartridges, we use pigment-based ink in ALL of our compatibles. Dye ink is much cheaper ink and will fade much faster. Also, all of our components are 100% U.S. made instead of made in China."
funboy42, I am not very surprised that you believe my ink prints better than the Epson genuine's. I have received this comment from more than one person![]()

Dear Qacer,
Normally when you switch cartridges, the printer automatically adjusts the ink settings. However, sometimes this isn't the case. It isn't actually a problem with the cartridge. You simply needs to go into your printer settings and click on the tab for ink management. There should be a way to manually reset the ink detection so that it displays the true ink quantity.

Alright, I just turned on my computer and restarted my printer status monitor. The ink level is now displaying correctly. As far as the quality is concerned, it looks pretty good. I've only ordered the black ink, but I will be ordering some color inks eventually. Thanks Swift Ink!![]()
