Better for Selling a Car

So I am looking to sell our vehicle and can't decide on which website I should list it on...

Help a brother decide...thanks!

Local newspaper.

I don't know a single person that has sold a car through autotrader/cars.com. They ended putting in a listing in the local paper and made the sale that way.

It depends on your area... check which has the most listings. I'd start with the local paper though.

It is funny you say that...I have had the exact opposite experience and so have a couple of friends...

I sold our other car on Autotrader some time ago and it was pretty painless...

Also, I have purchased our last Three vehicles off of these two websites...

I think they get a lot of hits...just wondering if one was better than the other...they seem like a horse a piece to me...
