Better digital Camera of these 2?

FujiFilm FinePix S3000 3.1MP Digital Camera w/6x Optical Zoom

or

Kodak EasyShare DX4530 5MP Digital Camera w/ 3x Optical Zoom?

I can get either of them for for around the same price.

The Fuji seems to have a more superior lens but the kodak has 5mp. I don't know i'm a newbie in digi cams. Which would you pick?

Personally, in that class of camera, I would go with a Canon A85. OF course, for ~$250 (newegg.com), you can get the Fuji Finepix S3100, with is essentially the same camera as the first one you listed, but it has the 4mp sensor.

Another good camera in that range is the Nikon Coolpix 4100.

I know I just messed up your ideas, but I think any of the cameras listed here would be better than those, at comparable prices.
