Better cooling required?

Overclocking my Celeron 433 on a MSI 6163Pro.....
Can get to 545 (83 FSB) with stock Intel HSF....
Try to go to 585 (90 FSB).....system POSTs fine...get to Win2k boot menu....I choose an option, little bit of HD activity....system freezes.....
Temp is steady at 40C...

Should I invest in a higher performance cooling solution? If so, which ones?
Or is there no hope and I'd just be wasting money?

Thanks.

I have heard that the Celeron 433 was not a good overclocker

I have a Celeron 466 here running in my Parents machine and I can only get it up to 525 (75mhz bus).

433 is the old .25 process. it's max is around 500-600, consider yourself lucky.

Bump up the voltage a little, then try. If not, you could get something cheap like a Golden Orb, but I wouldn't go too extreme for another 30MHz.
