Better Cooler?

Which would provide overall better cooling performance (it doesnt matter than they probably arent compatable.. its not going to be used for cooling a cpu) .. An intel P4 stock heatsink/fan.. or P3 Alpha Cooler With a YSTech 80mm Fan?
