Better control of the santa cruz sound card

Hay,
Does anyone know of a software that would allow me to switch the Santa Cruz's output from 4 speakers into the headphones jack, without clicking the sys tray icon? I need it for when I load a video conference program and put on my headphones.

and maybe even change the equalizer?
