Better choice

What would be a better choice, I plan to oc (non extreme), play games, not RAID-ing, some programs, web surf...
Which of these boards is better for those purposes, have better OC options, better layout...

Asus P5K-E/WIFI-AP or Abit IP35 Pro?

Some like asus; some abit. I would choose by price and features. Download the manual off the website and check the bios for adjustments, if you want to overclock.

Same here. No RAID will save your wallet at least $40. IP35-E is only $60 AR at NewEgg. IP35 with RAID, six SATA ports, and 1394a is $95 AR @ MWAVE. Both share the same major electronics as their big brother IP35 Pro.
