BUMP cause someone else is having the same problem as you! BUMP someone has to know this. What OS are you in?

When I open a game, same message. When I run DXdiag, same message. Win2K with DX8.1 <---- probable culprit. Have searched far and wide for a solution. So far it's just a nuisance message.
