Beta 6.47 drivers any good?

I have had no PC for 3 weeks(read my last post) so are the Nvidia 6.47 drivers any good?Btw I`m glad to be back.

Thought I saw a lack of posts, guessed something was wrong 😀

Apparently, they are meant to have the most performance and be the most stable, but I tend to use the Creative Fast Trax, which are only at 6.34, so that is what I am using

What is the story about your computer?

I've been running the 6.47's since they came out. They're fast and fixed a few lockups with my mobo.

My wife`s Celeron 533a @950 1.80 with an ASUS 6800 became very unstable after I installed the 6.47 drivers and I still dont know why this is on a BX board too (MSI 6163pro). I dropped back to 6.27 and have perfect stability??? Whats up with dat...

6.34 Are the most stable. 6.47 fixes some problems in Win2K. It seems 3DMark 2000 finally works ok with Win2K and 6.47.

Bartman, just a thought. Try the new drivers without overclocking.

I had problems with the 6.47 drivers under Win2K. Whenever my comp would come back from sleep mode, my monitor would be screwed up. (there were 4 or 5 vertical lines about 1/2 inch wide that were images from other parts of the screen) I'm running 6.34 now, and everything's fine. (this only happened in win2k)

Has anyone had this problem???
