I keep getting the BSOD of death caused by nvdisp.dll. Anyone else getting it? I had to go back the the WHQL 260.99s.

BC2 eventually crashes for me(while in SLI). They do seem to be quite the mess. In fact I don't think I've ever had so many issues with a beta driver from NV. Oh well, I guess that's why they're betas. 3D doesn't work for me either.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll probably skip these because the WHQL 260.99s are working fine for me.

I was hoping for 3dmark 11 SLI support, its not listed , and its not working. Aliens Vs Triangles was listed as picking up sli support, but it did not for me. The installation needs to be tweaked, I chose not to reinstall physX, but the installer also uninstalled my physX runtimes, so I had to run the installer twice. It should have logic for that.

After all the negatives, I feel compelled to chime in with a "so far they're fine for me." Playing singularity, ME2, and gw with no probs. Planning on installing crysis a bit later.

beta's arent bad, especially if you are using some of the newest tech and features... They *could* actually be the only ones that work in those situations.

Right now I have a gtx 580 and gtx 460 in my rig and have to use 2 drivers because the 460 isn't supported in the 580 drivers, however they both were supported in the beta's listed here.

Fyi the GTX 460 makes dramatic impact in titles using physx along side of 3d vision or even standard playing using 120 hz.

Mafia 2 with no 3d 1920x1080 max in game settings (ie physx) goes from 40 fps without the 460 to 52fps with it. Very noticeable eh?

Because apart from the drivers for the 5XX series, nvidia hasn't released new drivers in almost 3 months

I guess there waiting for the next release? gtx560 on the 25th.
That should make it a even 3 months. :)

its been since Oct 25.........2 months 13 days.

I haven't heard of many problems with this driver.
Why would someone switch to a beta and exspect better?

You would also think with all these drivers they would release some new WHQLs and not have people 3 months without any new ones. Particularly the broken video playback on the GTX 5XX series.
