Instead of deleting my Bestbuy email spam today, I actually read it. Much to my surprise, a little blurb in the corner caught my eye mentioning being able to earn rewards points at a couple of other eTailors. Upon inspecting further, that "couple" turns out to be a very large list including the following:

HomeDepot.com
Walmart.com
Target.com
Allstate (Insurance?)
OfficeDepot.com
Staples.com
JCPenny.com
Borders
Cabela's
Orbitz
Travelocity
Many... MANY more.

The list goes on. Some are giving MULTIPLE points per dollar spent, and some also have additional deals listed. The only catch I can find thus far is that you have to log into your BestBuy Rewards Zone account and then follow the link through their online mall. It doesn't appear to include B&M purchases (but may include retailers that have in-store pickup options).

I'm not sure if this is "hot", but it's along the same line as MS Cashback. I'm also not certain if/how these types of offers could be combined. But if you shop online enough, you can convert some of your money into BestBuy rewards credit. Now go buy yourself something pretty!

Edit - Note: This is for Rewards Zone members, does NOT require the Rewards Zone credit card.

Yeah, but why would one shop at Best Buy? ;)

Oooo, I have $100 to put towards my video card purchase, which brings it down to what I could order it Online for without having to pay tax...Sweetness!!

Keep buyin' shit there Sparky!

Would you rather have a video card that cost you $200 in cash, or a video card that cost you nothing after you paid cash for all the stuff elsewhere that you actually NEED.
