bestbuy.com won't show shopping cart...help thanks

hey folks

for the life of me, i can't get bestbuy.com to work when ordering. i have black ice, zone alarm, and innoculate IT disabled and it still doesn't work. i have also tried netscape 6.0 and it won't let put the products into the carts or check out. any ideas as to why these programs might be interferring? i have contacted bestbuy.com and awaiting their response. in the mean time, if you have a minute to spare, let me know what you think. thanks
